French Vanilla
This is a traditional white cake, light and moist -- Works well with all fruit filllings. Most popular with strawberry, raspberry, lemon, pineapple, amaretto buttercream, vanilla buttercream, peanut butter buttercream, cookies 'n cream buttercream, or chocolate buttercream fillings.

Devil’s Food Chocolate
A not-too-heavy, rich chocolate flavor, very moist, works well with raspberry, strawberry, cherry, vanilla buttercream, peanut butter buttercream, cookies 'n cream buttercream, or chocolate buttercream fillings.

Marble
Liked by all, this chocolate/yellow swirl cake works best with bavarian cream, vanilla buttercream, peanut butter buttercream, or chocolate buttercream fillings.

Lemon
My personal favorite! It’s light lemon taste blends nicely with bavarian cream, raspberry, strawberry, lemon, or vanilla buttercream fillings.
Coconut
Vanilla cake with a subtle hint of coconut -- my most popular! This delicious flavor pairs well with almost all available fillings! Most often chosen, are the pineapple, guava, coconut cream, bavarian cream, or vanilla buttercream fillings.
 
Red Velvet

Many are surprised to learn Red Velvet is actually a unique kind of chocolate cake -- goes best with cream cheese or vanilla buttercream as it’s fill.
